About me.

After graduating with my Creative Writing MA from Dartmouth College, I moved to New York City (not knowing a single soul) to pursue my dream of writing for cutting-edge brands. After nearly years of leading copy for Michael Kors and Clinique, I decided to try my hand at agency life and got to partner with some of the world’s most recognizable brands, leading creative strategy, providing editorial direction, and assisting with strategic campaign initiatives.
This blend of in-house and agency experience enables me to approach creative direction and brand strategy from a comprehensive perspective, crafting engaging messages that strengthen brand equity and excite customers. I excel at translating high-level visions into impactful and creative deliverables that align with marketing initiatives while generating a high ROI.
I currently lead a five-person copy team, overseeing messaging strategy and all copy development for Yankee Candle, Woodwick, and Chesapeake Bay Fragrance.
